Redemption: This gift card is redeemable only at Apart.sg and can be applied to any product or service, including custom jewellery infused with breastmilk, ashes, fur, or other keepsake materials.

Non-Transferable: The gift card is non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient. It cannot be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Expiration: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will be forfeited.

Partial Use: If the total purchase amount is less than the gift card’s balance, the remaining amount will stay on the card and can be used for future purchases within the validity period.

Lost or Stolen Cards: Apart.sg is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. No replacement or refund will be provided for such occurrences.

Limitations: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or for cash advances.

Custom Orders: For custom jewellery orders, the gift card must be presented at the time of checkout. The standard processing time for custom pieces applies.

15ml of breast milk (chilled), in double milk bags to prevent leakage.
Ashes/bones:
We require 1 gram or 1/3 teaspoon of ashes/bones to create each piece of jewellery.
Or
Hair/fur:
We require 5-20 strands of hair/fur to create each piece of jewellery. In the event that you only have 1-2 strands, do reach out to us for advice.
Others:
We can also use teeth, nail, or personal items that belonged to the loved one/pet that has departed.
Breast milk:
