Process

Placing an order:

Contact us directly by clicking on the Whatsapp widget on the bottom-right of this page to schedule an appointment with us. Let us know when you'd like to come by, and the material you'd like to incorporate into the jewellery- Ashes, bone fragments, hair, fur, breast milk, etc.

Our showroom is located at 47 Upper Changi Road East, Summer Gardens, 486902. 
Nearest MRT station: Tanah Merah MRT
Please let us know in advance as we go by appointments only (so customers do not overlap).

During your appointment at our showroom
1) Come and view our samples in person. Touch it, feel it, try it, and be sure you've chosen the perfect design before even placing an order.
2) Get your sizing measured so the design you've chosen fits you perfectly.
3) Place your order and receive an order number.
4) Personally pass us the ashes/bone/hair/fur/breastmilk, which will then be labelled with your order number.

Alternatively, you can also place an order directly from our online store and mail the elements to us (if that is something you're comfortable with). We will reach out to you within 1 working day with the instructions on how to do it. Please try to refrain from this as we don't want any clients to lose a part of their loved ones due to 3rd party delivery services.
*We use the term elements because "inclusions" in traditional jewellery making means flaw, which precious breastmilk/ashes/hair/teeth are NOT flaws.*

What to prepare before coming over for your appointment.

Start of life:
Breast milk jewellery- 15ml of breast milk, stored in double milk bags, chilled.

End of life:
Ashes/bone fragments (per piece of jewellery)

Each keepsake jewellery piece requires 1/3 teaspoon of ashes/bone fragments. Place it into a small ziplock bag and do remember to bring it for your appointment.

OR

Hair/fur (per piece of jewellery)
Human hair:
Long to medium length hair: 5 strands
Short hair/baby hair: 8-10 strands
(If you have less than this, do reach out to us for advice.)

Pet fur: Covers half a teaspoon to 1 teaspoon.

Place it into a ziplock bag and do remember to bring it for your appointment.

Other materials
In light of not having ashes/bones/hair/fur, we can use other materials too. Personal belongings of the loved one such as a part of the bedsheet/clothing, or toys of dogs/cats can be used to create a keepsake in remembrance of them too.

Things to note
There are some religions that forbid the separation of ashes. Do keep this in mind. In cases like these, please use hair/fur, or personal belongings instead.

Lead time
Our lead time is 4-6 weeks after an order is placed and we will notify you when your order is complete. During collection, we will also be sending you photos of the process when making your jewellery so you can be assured that the elements passed to us has been handled with care, and have really gone into the jewellery you've ordered.
